KMPO&A Bylaws revision passes

The membership has voted to approve the 2015 bylaws revision.  The new bylaws can be found on the "Members Only" page.

Thanks to Bill Ferguson and the board for overseeing this, and to the membership for voting.  Total votes returned: 85 (62.5%), Total “Yes” votes: 78 (57.4%), Total “No” votes: 7 (5.1%)
